CNC Machining

We continually upgrade our workshop equipment by investing in the latest multi-axis machining centres. These machines are designed to produce your product quickly and efficiently. The quality and accuracy of these machines is of the highest standard. We have Hurco and XYZ machining centres, Bar fed CNC lathes up to 3" bore and a CNC cut off saw.

Manual Machining

We have a range of manual machines to compliment our CNC equipment. These are mainly used for 2nd Operations such as facing and deburring if required. 
We have manual turning and milling capabilities as well as sawing and grinding.
We have found through experience that CNC Machies are not always the quickest or cheapest machines, manual machines with skilled operators still have there place in the workshop.
